Beautiful serene and quiet place at the end of a small street leading to a natural preserve with a vivid bird population, bring your binoculars! Enjoy unobstructed nature views, be amazed by bay water coming up to the lower deck at high-tide. Have your morning coffee or unwind for the evening with a glass of wine on the large deck, listen to the birds, watch ferries go by, enjoy a nature hike right outside of your front door. Short drive to SF, wine country, coast, Muir Woods, etc.

Boligen
Guests will have access to the entire property, including the house, wrap-around deck, back yard, and channel-side dock.

Please note - the deck and dock do not have a railing. They are not high, but could be a hazard for small ones. Additionally, at extremely high tides the water will come right up to the backyard, which is kind of cool, but watch out to not get your shoes wet or fall in!

The only space not included with your rental is the garage. Additionally, we do not allow more than 8 people at the property and no parties or events as this is a quiet family neighborhood.

One thing to note is that all houses in this area (including ours) have a gentle, but noticeable slope due to being built on compacted Bay mud. All beds have been leveled, so it’s not a practical issues, but worth noting.
