Modern family and pet friendly 4 bedroom property located in a quiet area of Mollymook and within walking distance to Mollymook Bowling Club, Mollymook Shops on Tallwood Avenue and Mollymook Beach this property makes for an ideal holiday home.

Stylishly furnished this comfortable home has plenty of room with open plan living, dining and kitchen and an additional lounge area at the front of the house. Enjoy a game of table tennis whilst dinner is prepared on the 6 burner gas BBQ or just laze around in one of the many areas of the house. The property also includes Wifi.

The side verandah is a great spot to lap up the sun whist enjoying a morning coffee. The kids can run around in the fully fenced back yard with the dog before exploring our magnificent beaches and waterways or our local towns.

There are so many activities to do on your door step such as golfing, surfing, hire a kayak and head to Narrawallee or Burrill Lake inlets, bush walks through National Parks including the beautiful Pigeon House Mountain, antique and clothes shopping at Milton, fabulous playgrounds for the children to chill out, fishing, bowls, Funland for the older 'kids' in the group, Ten pin bowling, picture theatre or just chill out at the house.

Fine dining is a must during your stay with Cupitt's Winery , Rick Stein's Bannisters & The Pavilion Restaurants to name just a few only minutes away.
