Private room in a cozy 1200 sq ft condo. The room features plenty of natural light, a queen bed, generous closet, shelving, a personal coffeemaker, and a comfortable workspace. You will also have your own full bathroom. Common areas include the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Make yourself at home and use anything you'd like! Please note that there will be a friendly dog named Lady in the unit. Travel time to Barnes: 7 min drive, or 3 min train-ride.

The condo is a few blocks away from Forest Park, one of the biggest city parks in the country. It features multiple free art museums, an outdoor theater, a zoo, a golf course, a forest, and miles upon miles of walking, running, and biking paths. The neighborhood itself is Debaliviere, which is full of young families and professionals. It's currently expanding with multiple development projects (although the condo won't be near any noisy construction sites).

You will have a roommate (male) who is renting the other two rooms in the unit (bedroom and office). He's a medical/PhD student at WashU and will be busy in lab most of the day.
