North facing with panoramic views of the Brynderwyns, Managwhai Heads and the estuary. It is a 200m walk to the main boat ramp, 10 min walk to the shops and a 15 min walk to the surf beach.

This sunny, open plan home with great indoor outdoor flow is perfect for a beach holiday.

Boligen
The spacious master bedroom is upstairs with a King bed, it's own toilet and a door leading out to the deck. There is also an open plan loft section with a Queen bed that has another door providing access to the deck.
Downstairs there is one bedroom with a Queen bed and another bedroom with a set of single bunks and a cot.

We have unlimited fibre internet, smart tv (Netflix and freeview tv accessed by tvnz on demand), espresso coffee machine and grinder and a weber BBQ.

Please enquire if you would like to sleep more people (eg. children/babies) , we may be able to accommodate.

Please note pets are allowed but incur a fee.

Rubbish collection is Monday, rubbish (blue) and recycling (yellow) bags are available for purchase at Wood St 4 Square.

The section is not fenced but there is a latched gate on the deck for young children or pets.

We are on a shared driveway so please be considerate of speed and parking.

We are on limited tank water, please be mindful of this when booking large groups.

Our home is an original bach which we are slowly renovating.
