this is a recently built studio apartment on our property, with complete privacy. You have your own fenced-in garden/patio, and private entrance. We can't hear you and you can't hear us. Appliances are new and modern. Bathroom is awesome with curbless shower and modern design. Neighborhood is safe, with lots of dog-walkers out and about. New BBQ grill in your own fenced, private patio. Owners do not share the patio area with you.

Boligen
Studio apartment fully furnished with modern bath and kitchen. Owners on-site, quiet, and responsive to your needs. Great set up for remote working.

Gæsteadgang
This is a private entrance, studio apartment, fully permitted as an ADU on our property. You also have your own patio/garden area (photos on request) with a BBQ propane grill. Patio/grill is not shared by owners.

You will have some view of our backyard/pool area, but we do not share with the tenants. You do have your own area for outdoor seating though!
