Newly built, this impressive home has beautifully finished living spaces that make the most of the fabulous setting. It is a reverse level house to take advantage of the sea views and sunsets.

- A coastal chic garden design allows you to soak up the sun all day or find some shade in this corner plot.
- Outdoor dining table seats 6-8 on the patio, BBQ & Firepit in garden corner/snug.
- Outdoor hot shower (hose pipe) makes a wash down from the beach effortless before going inside - great for dogs and humans alike.

- Secure shed storage to the side of the house, accessed from the patio. There is a useful lockable storage shed for all your surfboards, kayaks, bikes, and golf clubs. Hanging line to ensure wetsuits dry before their next outing.

Andas has 2 private parking bays at the rear of the property, Andas has a 7kw Electric EV Car charging unit available for guests. Access details will be provided in the Arrival documentation, so you can pay as you go (charge).

*Dog Friendly
- Dogs are welcomed at Andas and permitted all year round on the whole beach from October to May, and half the beach in Summer (which still gives kilometres of walking).
- Fully enclosed ‘dog proof’ garden
- Dog towels and Dog blankets are provided.
- Hot and cold outside hose provide a warm shower to wash any furry friends down before entering the property.

Andas occupies a rare position overlooking the local cricket ground and onwards sea views towards Lundy Island. Footsteps to the beach and 2 mins to the village restaurants, bars cafes & shops.

Beach - Westward Ho! beach has 2.5kms of golden sands and tranquil waters, it’s one of few beaches in the South West to be awarded Blue Flag status with RNLI beach lifeguards, with such a large expanse of beach and countryside to explore even in the height of the season it never feels crowded. You couldn't wish for a better base from which to make the most of your time beside the sea, with the beach being so long even in peak season the beach is never crowded.

Nature Reserve - Just at the end of the road (100m) is the entrance to the beach and nature reserve, 400 acres of UNESCO Nature Reserve perfect for families, walkers, dogs lovers, birdwatchers and golfers.

Dog friendly - The beach is open to dogs all year round, with half made available for dogs and the other half for beach goers during the summer and many miles of coastline walks from the doorstep of Andas.

Surf School and Board Hire next door - With it's gently shelving beach Westward Ho! is great for learning to surf and fantastic for longboarders who can enjoy long rides in on the Atlantic swell, with miles to pick your spot it's never crowded.

Pizza - next door to the Surf School is the delicious wood Fired Pizzas Take Away with BYO tables.

Tennis - Free public Tennis courts (and basketball hoops) are across the road and a short walk into the town offers independent Cafes, Fish & Chips, bars & restaurants that are raved about n.b. note you might need to book in advance for some of the restaurants.

Golf - Play on England's oldest golf club - The Royal North Devon Course was founded in 1864.

Walking - Explore the South West Coast Path and follow the coastline for miles and miles.

Amenities - village restaurants, bars cafes, shops and Tesco's Metro.

Take a day trip to Lundy Island by ferry to visit the Sealions and Puffins.

Other nearby trips to Appledore and Clovelly are a must for everyone's itinerary.
Bude is 30mins & Padstow is a 1hr 45 drive away down the coastline along the Atlantic Highway, which has many beautiful coastal stop-offs along the way to break up your day (such as Bude, Boscastle and Port Issac).
Croyde, Saunton and Woolacombe are 30-45 mins drive away in the other direction.
