Light & bright, spacious villa located in Attadale - just moments from our iconic Swan River!

We are offering an 'Eco friendly' retreat which is perfect for those who have allergies & sensitivities. We offer a range of eco-friendly products and clean the property using a natural based eco-friendly product 'KOH' which has been eco-certified by Good Environmental Choice Australia (GECA).

2 bedrooms, 1 bathroon, TV area, kitchen, spearate dining & reading nook, spacious outdoor area & parking!

Please see below for a breakdown as to what this property boasts:

- Spacious villa located at the rear of the complex (complex of 16 units) in a well maintained strata complex.
- Parking for 1 x car in an undercover carbay located to the right of the villa - extra parking is located near the entrance of the complex in the visitors bays.
- As soon as you approach the property, you will be greeted by lush communal gardens and lovely rose bushes.
- Access to the property is very easy with a secured lockbox located right next to the front door.
- Reading nook to the front patio area.
- As soon as you enter the property, you will be greeted by the TV area and walk through to the kitchen/laundry.
- To the left of the front door entrance is the main bedroom, complete with QUEEN bed, study nook & robe for your belongings.
- Off the bedroom is the main bathroom - but is also classed as a semi-ensuite. The bathroom boasts a shower, mirror & vanity.
- At the rear of the property (just off the bathroom) is a toilet closet and hallway with storage cupboard for cleaning products which you are most welcome to use to maintain the property during your stay.
- Second bedroom is located off this rear hallway and boasts TWO SINGLE beds with tallboy & robe for your belongings.
- The kitchen boasts a combined kitchen/laundry. Very spacious and fully stocked & equipped for short or long stays. There is also an electric cook top, electric oven & dishwasher.
- Laundry nook is to the side of the kitchen and has a washing machine for your use.
- To the other side of the property, you will find a spearate dining area & relaxing reading nook - perfect for the business or student traveler.
- To the rear of the property you will find your very own, tranquil backyard! Complete with Webber BBQ, clothesline & outdoor setting!

HEATING & COOLING INFORMATION

- Spilt system to the TV area - capable of heating and cooling the entire villa.
- Ceiling fan in main bedroom.
- Portable floor fan to second bedroom.

- Guests will have access to the entire villa for their stay.
- Use of the single undercover carbay.
- Visitors bay can be used if you have an extra car.

- No smoking allowed - this villa is 100% smoke free.

- No pets allowed.

- Please only wear soft soles shoes when inside the property. Strictly no heels.

- This property is ECO & Allergy friendly. Only unscented natural products are used and
supplied for cleaning. Please do not use other scented products including fabric softener. We also ask that excessive use of perfumes is avoided.

PARKING INFORMATION
- Parking is available in the carport and in the visitors parking area at the front of the complex off Preston Point Road.

- Please do not park in the common bitumen area in front of this villa as it is used as a turn-around area by tenants and service vehicles.
