Packed with amenities, the beautiful holiday escape is a getaway to peace and tranquility. With its romantic al-fresco set up in the gazebo in the garden outside, the outdoor BBQ, an exclusive sauna with shower and charming natural light-infused rooms, the holiday home is designed to inspire and impress.

Right before the entrance to the living room, there is a terrace area where guests can sit under the awning. There are also sun loungers by the pool to relax under the open sky and stare at the scenic lake and mountains.

The living room has large outlets that bring freshness and sunlight from outside. In the room, a set of sofa is spread with a flat-screen TV in one corner around the ambient fireplace. On the other side of the room, there is a round dining table with a glass top overlooking the garden.

The house has a large modular kitchen with wooden fitting. It is equipped with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a range cooker, a toaster, an American fridge and a toaster. There is also a small dining table just outside the kitchen area.

The gorgeous two-floor villa is located on a secondary road in a quiet locality. However, guests are not very far from the amenities of the town. The nearest restaurant is hardly 3 minutes’ drive from the house. There is a range of restaurants within 2-5 kilometers of the house. Shops and supermarkets are also within easy reach. The lake is about two and a half kilometers from the house.

The house is at a short distance from the hiking trails of Monte San Salvatore and Monte Bre. Both the peaks offer stunning panoramic views of the region and the lake. The town center is about two kilometers from the house. As one of the most important financial centers of Switzerland, Lugano is home to a number of conference and business centers. But for those looking for a nice lake vacation, the town offers a number of must-visit villas, sacred buildings and parks. It has the flavour of a world-class city and the spirit of a small town rolled into one.

Lugano Airport is only 15 minutes’ drive from the house while Malpensa Airport is a little over an hour’s drive.
