This house is secluded and private and quite unique to be in such a sortafter location. Lovely front courtyard with a tropical feel and an amazing hot tub spa. Surrounded by a large fence covered in beautiful jasmine you feel safe as it is a totally private area. So close to the main hub you can view Surfers Paradise.

WELCOME TO OUR HOME

We take pride in our quaint home and would love to share the experience with you.
As you will see we have created a homely comfortable atmosphere.

To make your arrival pleasant we have supplied a small breakfast for the first day.
This includes tea, coffee, milk, bread, eggs, spreads etc:)

JUST A FEW REQUESTS AND INFORMATION TO MAKE YOUR STAY PLEASANT FOR ALL.

There is a hose to the left of the front door at the side pathway to wash off sand and dirt before entering the house please. A basket is also at the front door for shoes. We appreciate if shoes are not worn inside the house.

Please ensure front door top deadlock is always locked when you leave the house and ensure front gate is closed.

Also lock the back doors and crimsafe sliding front doors in lounge room.
When you leave the premises the front gate must be shut. PLEASE turn off lights, fans, and air conditioning when you leave the house. Doors to be closed when air conditioner is on please. Please try to be eco friendly regarding electricity and water use.
When you are home fans are very effective with the front and back doors open.

Iron and board are kept in the laundry. Washing machine available plus clothes line. Dryer is rarely needed.

We would appreciate all dishes are washed and dried on checkout and kitchen left as found.🤗

There is a Fire Extinguisher and Fire Blanket above the stove in the cupboard and First Aid supplies/First Aid book, in the pantry cupboard, plus a torch.

All SANITARY items to be placed in the bags provided and placed into the toilet bin.
The system can only accommodate toilet paper otherwise a plumber would be called and this cost would be deducted from the bond.

Careful not to put oil or food down the kitchen sink drain also please.
Dishwasher sets at Fast Wash.

A large green bin is in the yard to the right to put the rubbish from the kitchen/bathroom/toilet bins outside.
Please leave bottles and recyclable in the yellow bin.
Bins are collected Thursday morning and we are happy to out these out.

NO SMOKING in the house. There are areas outside to smoke. Monies will be deducted from bond if this rule is broken.

We love your pets however
please do not ever leave pets unattended in the house or on the beds or furniture. The laundry can be shut off or pets can stay in the front or backyard especially if you are not in attendance. All residue pet hair and droppings must be removed during your stay please.

WiFi is available plus you can connect to Netflix. Chromecast available.

Please there is no need to strip the beds.

We live two minutes away and are here to help with any requests or information to make your stay as easy as possible.

Budds Beach is a unique area of Surfers Paradise and is a sort after area. Residents try to keep the area a secret. Nestled by the Nerang River this is a small quiet area that has a feeling of serenity and community. Two minutes away is the popular Nerang River area which is popular for picnics bbq and gatherings. Fantastic play ground for children and popular strolling area to take pets. You can hire water sport equipment and there is also a boat ramp.
Visit pet friendly Bumbles Cafe next to a lovely boutique gift shop called Willow & Bailey and both are often visited by international and local visitors. There is also hairdressing, nail and lash boutique.
Walk to the Marriott or Main Beach shops and restaurants through MacIntosh Island and visit the wildlife including ducks and peacocks or stroll to Surfers Paradise along the beach. Watch the sunset and dolphins at the Budds Beach river or partake in Yoga or water sports. You will love Budds Beach.

We love living on the sunny Gold Coast at Budds Beach as we have an active lifestyle being so close to the river & beach and the hinterland. We can choose tranquility however we are still close to the action by walking into Surfers and to the beach. The cultural Art Center is just over the bridge with movies,theatre,organic market & lake.

It is important to us that the holiday house & beautiful gardens are welcoming & the type of home that we would want to stay in.WIFI Netflix available. We are here to give you advice on the local area if needed so you have a wonderful stay.
