Boligen
Property Layout:
* The property is recently built - completed February 2020
* The apartment consists of 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with walk in showers
* A cute Living room with a dining area
* A fully equipped and modern open kitchenette

Amenities:
* An LED TV with cable channels has been provided in the Living room for family viewing
* Fully - equipped Kitchen
* Washing machine has been provided for guest usage in the balcony
* The property is air conditioned (for summer months) with Split air-conditioners, and heated (for winters) through heat convector/ portable heater in each room. We do not have central heating in the property.
* Highspeed Wi-Fi internet connectivity is provided (100 MBPS)
* All bathrooms have storage water heaters for hot water supply. The water heaters need to be put on 20 Mins before usage, and should be turned off after usage. The capacity of water heaters is 25 Lts in every bathroom.
* The property has 100% power back up by a generator, and in case of a power outage the electricity will be back within 2 mins
* Property has elevator access and can fit in a wheelchair for accessibility

Rental Inclusions:
* Fully equipped Kitchen with all basic appliances (Microwave, Gas Stove, Mixer Grinder, Refrigerator, Toaster, Electric kettle and RO Water Purifier), cookware and serve ware.
* Fresh Linen (including bedsheets, bath & face towel) will be provided at the time of check-in and every fourth day.
* Daily Housekeeping is provided once a day at fixed time.
(includes Dusting, Brooming, Mopping and Dishes)
* Free Wi-Fi and DTH Service
* 40 Units complementary electricity will provided everyday for booking less than 14 nights, extra units will be charged ₹ 10 per unit.
* Toiletries - Shower Gel, Shampoo, Hand Wash, Hand Towels, Bath Towels, Hair dryer and Tissue Rolls.
* Washing Machine access, detergent to be arranged by guest.

Add-ons:
* Extra Linen change is chargeable @ ₹ 500 per room including towels.
* Electricity will be charged as per actual for booking more than 14 nights.

Meals & Dining:
Home delivery of food can easily be ordered in by the guests staying at our apartment from various delivery restaurants in the vicinity, ranging from cuisines like Asian, Indian, Italian, Continental, Fast Food, Korean, Japanese, etc. Home delivery of food can also be ordered using Swiggy and Zomato apps, which can bring in your favorite food to our place, within minutes.
The sector market, with several convenience stores, pharmacies, vegetable stores, restaurants is located at 1 KM away.

Grocery & Medicine Delivery:
* Groceries & Medicines can be easily ordered in for doorstep delivery through various delivery apps. Our property staff will also help you with numbers of nearby super markets and pharmacy shops that deliver to our place.
* A Government approved vegetable cart comes to the property for sale of vegetables on a daily basis

*Cab facilities like Uber, Ola, Meru and many other services can be called within 5 minutes at any time of the day or night.

Pet Policy:
* We welcome your toilet trained pets into the property, however we levy an additional one time cleaning fee of ₹ 2000 per booking towards hosting guests with pets. This fee is to take care of dry-cleaning of sofa's, carpets, etc after you leave the property, so that it is pet hair and smell free for our next guests.
* The guest will ensure safety of our team, including maids, guards, etc and of neighbors, children, people scared of pets, etc, and shall maintain necessary safety precautions at all times. If the pet harms any person, the same can lead to necessary legal and criminal action against the guest
* The guests will be required to sign a pet liability form at check in

* We have limited parking at the property
* Allocation of internal car parking slot on the ground floor is chargeable. Internal car parking will only be permitted / allocated if space is available and at the discretion of the management
* Free street parking is available
