This Villa offers privacy within the walled and gated Azul Vista Villa estate, the luxuries of home AND a beautiful saltwater pool to lounge around.

Little in size...big on amenities Pequena villa (studio style) has a full kitchen with breakfast nook, full bath and a comfy double bed for two with air conditioning. Outside your door you will find a saltwater pool and a shady courtyard with a palapa and barbeque.

The Estate is inside a walled and gated private space, tucked away behind the main road.

A short walk brings you to the main road where you will find some great restaurants and bars. Just across that main road you will find a path leading to the exquisite Caribbean Ocean!
Belize beaches are public and although many resorts are on the beach, anyone has access to the sand and surf. The palm-lined, sand beach is only 200 yards from the Azul Vista Villa. You will see the big waves breaking over the barrier reef only 1/2 mile out.

There is a large fruit stand about 300 yards to the north on the main street. To the south there are more locally oriented eating places for a taste of local cuisine, such as the infamous 'rice and beans and stewed chicken'.

For supermarket-type shopping, the Super Buy grocery store is a 5-minute walk north on the main street. Across from Super Buy is the local bakery, aptly named 'The Bakery'.

There's a snorkel and dive shop on the pier down the beach if you wish to book a trip (which we highly recommend!).

San Pedro, Belize, like most Caribbean islands, is a beautiful tropical paradise in a very small country. Although most of the time everything works great, there are occasional power and wifi interruptions.

Our property manager will be available to you at anytime to help. He will organize transportation to Azul Vista Villa once you have arrived to Ambergris Caye and answer any questions you may have concerning the estate.
The manager can assist you with golf cart rentals, arranging various excursions and adventures and guide you to great local spots after booking confirmation.
