We have remodeled two single-story historic homes for our patio rooms. You will find thick adobe walls. hand-hewn vigas, custom Talavera tiles and saltillo tiled floors. Most of the patio rooms also have enclosed private outdoor patios.

All rooms enjoy outdoor entrances, ceiling fans and unshared HVAC systems. Available with King, Queen or 2 Queen-sized beds and microwaves, refrigerators, free coffee, and guest robes. Some of the rooms are “dog friendly” with a $35 per dog per night charge

All of us are very excited to report that Santa Fe has reopened. Santa Fe's Covid numbers are great and the governor has authorized the opening of museums, indoor dining at restaurants, elimination of the 14 day travel quarantine and in essence has approved the resumption of everyday life in Santa Fe. Meow Wolf is now open and the Santa Fe Opera announced their 2021 summer season.

As always, your health and safety are paramount to us and we continue to require that all guests and staff wear masks as well as socially distance themselves from others.

QUESTIONS

Q: When can I check in or out?
A: Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is 11AM
We will try to accommodate your desired check-in or check-out no matter what time it is. Note that early check-ins are not always possible. However, you can drop off luggage to be stored prior to check-in. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage until at least the late afternoon.

Q: The photos look great is that how it really looks?
A: Yes in fact, the spaces are nicer and more comfortable than can be seen in the photos. There is plenty of room to stretch out and relax.

Q: What's my total booking price?
A: I don't know. Airbnb only shows the guest how much they will pay. They only show us how much we will receive.

Q: What cleaning and sanitizing precautions are you taking for Coronavirus?
A: We have been been closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization and the Hospitality Association regarding COVID-19 precautions. On a daily basis, we are working to ensure that we meet the latest CDC and Hospitality Association's guidance on sanitizing and cleaning. Daily housekeeping service will be available upon request.

CLEANING PRODUCTS & PROTOCOLS

As an additional precaution, when possible we keep guest rooms unoccupied for 48 hours between guests.
We are using EPA-approved sanitizers on all surfaces, allowing the solution to sit for the required time. This protocol includes extra time during the housekeeping process to focus on all touch points and surfaces including light switches, fans, shade pulls and faucet handles.
Daily housekeeping service will be available upon request only.
SIGNAGE
Appropriate and visual signage throughout our property promoting the wearing of masks and the practice of social distancing.

EMPLOYEE HEALTH, SAFETY & KNOWLEDGE

Hand Hygiene: Proper and frequent hand washing is vital to help combat the spread of viruses. In our daily meetings, our team members are reminded that cleanliness starts with this simple act. We even have our Amazon Alexa set up to give us hourly reminders to wash our hands and sanitize.

Ongoing Training: In addition to training our employees on housekeeping and hygiene protocols, all inn employees are also completing ongoing enhanced COVID-19 awareness training. You will most likely see them in action, sanitizing surfaces regularly, offering hand sanitizer, ensuring face masks and temperature check protocols upon check-in, and wearing gloves and face masks when servicing your room.

Behind the Scenes: In the spaces where employees work behind the scenes, we are increasing the frequency of cleaning and focusing on high-touch areas like employee entrances, locker rooms, laundry rooms and storage spaces.

TEMPERATURE CHECKS
Daily temperature checks are given to employees and guests checking in. Anyone with a temperature above 100.4 or exhibiting virus symptoms will be advised to see a doctor immediately and asked to leave the inn.

SOCIAL DISTANCING
Guests and employees will be advised to practice physical distancing at all times by standing at least six feet away from other guests and employees. Guests and employees will wear face-coverings when in all public areas of the inn.

CHECKING IN
You’ll see some new changes to the check-in process. Our Employees are required to wear masks, we have a protective Lucite divider at the front desk, your temperature will be checked using an infrared no touch forehead thermometer and your room key will be sanitized and delivered in a sealed plastic container. You will be the only person handling the key.

Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: Yes and there are designated rooms for guests with dogs * limit 2 well behaved dogs under 50lbs* many of our patio rooms have a securely gated patio. There is a $25 per night per pet charge. Sorry, no cats- dogs only.
