The main floor features an open plan kitchen, living & dining area with sliding doors to the balcony where you can enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon BBQ. The ground floor has two spacious bedrooms with built in robes, a new bathroom and a laundry room.

Dragonfly is perfect for those looking for a family getaway, romantic holiday or quick city escape. Enjoy easy access to the local white sand beaches as well as the cycle and walking paths, Cafes and Vincentia shopping village.

LINEN

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Unfortunately this property IS NOT suitable for pets.

Garage IS NOT for guest use, however there is a parking space in front of the garage plus street parking.

SECURITY BOND

A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners);

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.
