Obx Dayz is conveniently located equidistant from the sound and ocean in the middle of Kinnakeet Shores, close to favorite fishing, kiteboarding, and windsurfing beaches. Obx Dayz is a favorite for family gatherings, mobile 4x4 fishing, and everyone who loves the beautiful beaches of Hatteras Island. This well-equipped home away from home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the desirable, family-friendly, Kinnakeet Shores. Guests have access to Club Hatteras pool and tennis. Conveniently nearby are the Avon fishing pier, restaurants, shopping, spa, and supermarket. Buxton is only six and a half miles away. A large 16’ x 36’ saltwater pool with WiFi access is well fenced and private - it's great for the days the ocean is too rough or just to relax after a long day at the beach.

The ground level of the home has ample parking, under house entry, an outdoor shower, and a fish cleaning station. The entry level has a game room with a pool table, flatscreen TV, and fishing rod storage. Outside, a six-person hot tub awaits on a waterfront deck. Bedroom number one has a king bed, deck access, and semi-private full bathroom. The second floor features bedrooms number two and three, which are waterfront mains, each with a king bed, deck access, and private bath. Bedroom number four has a king bed and access to a Hatteras-style covered deck. Bedroom number five has two sets of bunks and access to the covered deck. Bedrooms four and five share a full bathroom. The laundry area with a washer and dryer is conveniently located on this level.

Top Level: The family room has cathedral ceilings, captivating rooflines, comfortable furniture, an entertainment center with a 55” Smart TV, a half bath, and a wide sundeck with lake and Pamlico Sound water views. The well-equipped kitchen features a convenient pot rack and island bar. A large dining table is vacation-size, perfect for your family. Bedroom number six is the grand main suite with a king bed and large private bath. All bedroom TVs have streaming capability and convenient female HDMI port access for devices. Wireless internet is provided and reaches through the entire property.

Things to know:
Please note there is a weight limit of 150 pounds on the bunks.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
For 2022, the pool will be open April 9th to October 14th. It will otherwise be unavailable for guest use.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 6 vehicles. Please park in the driveway. The total maximum number of vehicles is six. Parking on the lawn is not allowed as this may cause damage to the home's septic system. RV parking is not allowed in this community. If you are bringing an RV for your stay, you are welcome to park it in the parking lot of the Avon office (41156 Hwy 12, Avon, NC 27915).
