Bars and Lounges

Red leather banquettes, wood paneling, a bathroom chalkboard wall with chalk available for customers’ use, and a casual, comfortable backyard patio make this the ideal weekend hangout spot to gossip, laugh, and chat it up with old friends and strangers alike!

Sunny’s Bar
Mingle with the locals at Sunny’s Bar. Sunny’s is the anti-Brooklyn dive bar, and everyone loves it for that. Beers are your standard tap offerings, whiskey pours are generous, prices are fair, and the local flavor is strong. Go for the live music and settle in for a while.

Since the loft is a live/workspace in which I operate my photography business and work on art projects, I will be around much of the time during the day. Although in the evening I am often out and about.

Nearby trains include the F and G at the Smith & 9th Street station or Caroll Garden. Additionally, the ferry affords convenient travel to Dumbo and Downtown Manhattan. Bus routes include B57 and B61 which make stops minutes away from the space. It is very easy to get free and nearby parking in the neighborhood. By cab, 15 minutes away from Downtown Manhattan, downtown Brooklyn.
