The Fairway Loft is a studio apartment in the Coeur D'Alene public golf course residential neighborhood. This space has a small kitchenette with mini fridge, king bed and futon couch. The T.V. is setup for Netflix, Hulu, etc. through a Roku. Wifi is setup for both streaming and work capabilities.
**Please note this is a second floor unit and climbing of stairs is required for access.

*** The health and safety of our guests is of the upmost importance to us. We are taking extra precautions in cleaning our homes, paying extra attention to sanitizing door knobs, light switches, etc.
If you are not feeling well or experiencing any flu like symptoms, we ask that you cancel and rebook your reservation for a later time. ***
Although we accommodate up to four guests for convenience, we recommend no more than two guests for a more comfortable stay. This space has a common foyer entrance with another unit in the building. Off street parking is provided. Please note that this is not a full kitchen (currently only has a sink, microwave and mini fridge). No access to a washer, dryer or outdoor space at this time.
The shower is on the small side so please be aware of that! Because there are multiple units in this building, some noise from other guests may be possible. Also some creaking and popping from the large beams. The AC is a wall unit and can be loud.

The Fairway Loft is located just a short walk from the Coeur D'Alene golf course. We are also very close to the Kroc Center, Centennial Trail and Riverstone Shopping Center.
