Beautiful 3 bedroom /2.5 bathroom unit with lake views! One block from the center of Garden City!

Boligen
It is the perfect space for your family or for a large group to all be together but also have your own privacy. There is a spacious backyard that is beautifully landscaped. Ideally located within walking distance to all the restaurants, half mile to the marina and 2 blocks to the water. Built in 2009 with granite, hardwood, tile, etc. you won't find nicer anywhere at Bear Lake and certainly no where near this price!

This unit (Bonneville) is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit. You'll walk into this unit and immediately be impressed. The main level has a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, half bath living area with a queen sofa sleeper and a memory foam full sofa sleeper and Direct TV on the flat screen. Beautiful views of the lake can be had from the large deck with furniture and a BBQ. Upstairs you will find the master suite and the loft. The large master bedroom has a king bed. The master bathroom has a jetted tub, separate shower and double vanity. The master closet is huge! The loft has amazing views and a futon that functions as another bedroom when needed. In the basement you'll find 2 more bedrooms the laundry room and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds (sleeps 4). The bathroom has a double vanity and a shower.
