Our studio is perfect for interns, retirees, business travelers and solo adventurers. It’s located on a centralized, conservative, and quiet neighborhood. We provide a private studio with its own entrance. The outdoor area includes guest’s 24 hour PRIVATE outdoor green area.In front of studio’s entrance glass doors w view of beautiful pool & palm tress.Access to lounge chairs to sunbathe, camping chair, table & a canopy 9ft patio umbrella with solar LED lights. There also access to BBQ when requested. .. NO ACCESS TO POOL (it’s private). Many guests use their private Ourdoor green area for praying, meditating, yoga etc..Studio is attached to the main house but completely private. Please see all pictures, which also includes guest’s beautiful 24 hour private outdoor area.

Accessible from the side of the house patio and on the side of our single-family home; you may come and go as you please. Studio is completely private. The studio inside is furnished with a KING SIZE BED, beautiful just remodeled full bathroom with ceiling mounted rain shower head, toilet and sink, microwave, personal refrigerator, dining table for 2, laptop/computer pull out desk/area, FREE Wi-Fi, luggage racks, closet, iron, and iron board. Also a 1080 HDTV picture quality 50” SMART TV with: USB port available, FIRE-STICK TV installed with Pluto TV and Tubi TV accessing your favorite TV shows, movies, & local channels for free. You also have access to NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, YOUTUBE TV, PANDORA, VUDU with your own subscription. Included as well is 100 Megabite free WiFi internet and 1 car parking for regular 4 door car/small SUV all included.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! A nice & very central residential area which is centrally located for those who want to explore The Keys, Everglades, Shark Valley, Brickell/Downtown, Miami Beaches, Wynwood, Art Deco District, main tourist attractions and more, which most of them you can use the metro rail or within an approximate 35-minute drive (depending on traffic).
In addition, 5-25 minutes walking distance to shops, grocery stores, malls, restaurants & bus stops to metro station. Walking distance to Coral Reef Park. Short drive or biking distance to The Falls Shopping Mall, Matheson Hammock Park and Marina (it has a small man-made beach), Charles Deering Estate, Thalatta Estate, Coconut Grove and Miami Zoo, just to mention a few. 40-minute drive to & from the airport. Depending on your time in Miami and wanting to visit all the main attractions, a car would be useful. You may also use UBER or LYFT which offer very reasonable fares and service.

Hello all and welcome! Thank you for choosing us! We are incredibly excited to be a part of this community and to be able to help people feel right at home, just as other hosts have done for us through our travels. We absolutely love traveling, our favorite destinations up to now are Italy, Austria and the Scandinavian countries! It's our hobby after becoming empty nesters to two young men. We've have been married for over 30 years and married as teenagers! We are spanish but grew up in Miami, therefore consider ourselves "Conservative Miamians". We speak both English and Spanish. We completely LOVE hosting. Happy to share a travel story and a glass of wine in the evenings after work. As mentioned, we are also travelers and work full time, so there are often times when a self check in or check out are needed. We can almost always be reached by cell phone or Airbnb message.

Previously to COVID-19, we would share a cup of tea/coffee or a glass of wine with our guests and have direct and personal contact. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and health experiences we can no longer do so. It is important to keep health and safety first. In addition, we also highly respect our guest’s privacy.
