Located in a community with security you will have no problem adjusting to island time and adapting to the attitude "No Shoes No Shirt No Problem" Our property manager lives on site and will be happy to assist with any of your needs from booking tours to golf cart rentals.

Boligen
All of the kitchen cabinets as well as the doors in the villa are hand crafted and made with local Belizean hard wood. You are also welcome to use the washer and dryer should you have a need for them. Our community pool is yours to enjoy while sipping a cocktail from the bar located at the pool. Transportation can be arranged from the airport or ferry terminal in San Pedro to the villa.

Just 1 mile from the town of San Pedro and with the second largest barrier reef in the world ( Mesoamerican Reef) just across the street you will find this the perfect location to explore the island of Ambergris Cay and at the same time be able to retreat to the tranquility of our dock on the lagoon. For scuba divers as well as fishermen this this is one of the finest destinations in the world. We are a short 15 minute cab ride from the airport in San Pedro to the front door of Cool Breeze and the tranquility of the lagoon.
