Under The Eaves Inn is surrounded by Zion National Park on three sides, less than a mile from the park entrance. It is a romantic 1931 landmark home located in the heart of Springdale, Utah with beautiful gardens and shade trees offering easy access to the Park entrance, shuttle stops, shops and restaurants. Due to the historic nature of our home, every room has its own character and ambience. It was not built to be an Inn, so rooms are quaint.

Such a cute B&B in walking distance to everything.
Joe was very friendly and accommodating. I accidentally arrived early with little notice (sorry), but was able to check in on arrival to a clean and comfortable room. I hope to return soon for a longer stay!

this place was great! such an amazing location, very smooth and easy check-in/check-out, and the bed and breakfast itself was so adorable. everything was nice and clean; i would recommend it to anyone!
