I completely remodeled the interior of my unit in the fall of 2019. They are the perfect accommodation for anyone looking for great location for the right price. Salt River fields is across the street along with the new Great Wolf Lodge. Talking Stick Casino & Resort is just down the road and Old Town is a quick 5-10 minute drive. This area is exploding with new developments.

My building USED to be a part of the Day's Inn, but are now all privately owned units. As part of our continued partnership with the Day's Inn, all of our guests get to use the Days Inn Hotel pool, hot tub and community grill. These amenities really add to this property giving vacationers everything they need in one spot.

Bed Configuration: 1 King or 2 Twin XL beds (your choice)
The room is equipped with two twin XL beds (80 in. long). We can also push them together, put a liner in the middle with king sheets, and make a true king size bed (78" x 80"). So we can have either 2 twins or 1 king bed, whichever you prefer.

*Additional maid service cleans are available for an additional cost during your stay. Please ask for details!

All guests will have access to the pool areas, community grill and hot tub at the neighboring Days Inn. PLEASE do not contact the Days Inn staff about anything related to your reservation. They will have no record of who you are, where you need to be, or where to find keys. Please direct all questions and comments to me.

There will be a house manual upon arrival that you will be expected to read. All important complex rules and expectations will be outlined in the manual.

PLEASE NOTE: The pool areas are not managed by us. While the property advertises heated pools (both pools), normally set to 79 degrees, we have absolutely no control over the temp. For this reason, we do not guarantee any specific temp, and are unable to offer any refunds if the pool is not heated to guest expectations.

Renter understands that an insurance policy covers the Property but that this policy insures only the Property and the tangible personal property in it owned by the owner and does not insure any personal property of the Rental Party or Renter’s licensees, invitees, or guests. Renter is advised to seek traveler’s or renter’s insurance if Renter desires to insure the Rental Party’s or other persons’ personal property during the occupancy.

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and checkout at 11:00 a.m. Early check-ins and late check-outs are generally not possible due to the time it takes to clean an entire home. The only way to ensure an early arrival or late departure is to purchase an extra night. Please contact me 24 hours in advance if you would like to extend your stay, and I would be happy to see if that is an option.

Failure to depart the premises before 11:00 a.m. on check-out without prior written consent will result in an additional charge of $100/hour withheld from your security deposit plus any expenses incurred by needing to move the incoming group of guests to a new property.

Any stay 28 nights or longer will be required to provide a credit card to keep on file. Our personal terms and conditions will also be sent separately and will need to be submitted. Feel free to ask for a copy if interested.

For any booking 28 nights or longer, any adjustment to the booking resulting in a reduction in the length of stay will incur a $500 fee, plus 10% of the difference in price.

Electricity will be charged separately ONLY FOR STAYS 28 days or longer. There is a large monthly discount applied, so in an effort to keep your price as low as possible, we ask guests to pay for the electricity separately. Everything else will be included (wifi, cable TV, tax, cleaning every 2 weeks, pool/gym access, etc.) We estimate the average electricity bill to be $300/month. It's possible it may be a bit more in the summer with heavy A/C usage, and it will most likely be quite a bit lower in the winter. Once the reservation is confirmed, we will send a request to pay a $300 electricity deposit for the reservation. This will be applied to your final electric bill. Any difference will be refunded to you, and any additional amount will be withheld from your security deposit. Checkin details will not be sent without the $300 electricity deposit paid in advance. Payment can be made through Airbnb as a separate payment, or directly through me with a valid credit card.

The Pima Inn is a quiet private residential community. My place is right across the street from the Salt River fields, and the brand new Great Wolf Lodge and soon to come Medieval Times. It is a 15 minute drive north to the Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, one of the newer and nicer areas of Scottsdale. It is also a 15 minute drive south to Old Town Scottsdale. Either location will offer a ton of restaurants, shopping and activities.
