Just 3 miles from the beautiful Rehoboth Beach coastline, this house is perfect for large parties, sleeping up to 22 in warmer months, and 18 year-round!
There is a fenced-in, in-ground pool, open mid-April to late-September, and a separate cottage for extra privacy (included in the 22). WiFi is available to all, each of the 5 TVs is ready for streaming, and 4 have HD cable.
Located right in the middle of the town of Rehoboth Beach, you'll be less than a mile from everything you need!
Boligen
There is a 65-inch TV in the finished basement, with Xbox one installed. The second finished room in the basement has tons of board games, and even a smart TV.

You can access everything year-round. The property sleeps 18 in the winter (instead of the normal 22) because 1 of the bedrooms with a queen bed is part of the 3-season area, and the other part of the 3-season area includes one of the sofa-beds, so neither of these areas is heated.

We also provide dish towels, a dish cloth, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and bed sheets. You will need to bring bath and beach towels.
