This casually elegant cedar-shingled home features exquisite finishes throughout as well as a private pool and outdoor entertaining space.

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers five bedrooms, a large pool and spa, and views through the cedars to Kildeer Pond. The home is a 10-minute bike ride to the beach and is adjacent to a winding nature trail.

The living room, with seating and a flatscreen TV, opens into the dining and kitchen areas. The dining area has a long table with seating for 8. The gourmet kitchen showcases granite counters, a large island, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, an under-cabinet wine cooler, a Wolf range, and a Thermador oven and microwave. The roomy pantry and laundry room are adjacent to the kitchen. The first floor also offers two additional den areas with TVs and sofas. There is an also a living room on the second floor that includes a sofa and TV.

The first master suite, with a king bed, flows off the family room and occupies one side of the first floor. A private entry hall leads to a spacious bathroom with a large Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. This master bedroom also opens onto the private deck and pool area. The second floor has another master suite that includes a king and twin bed, full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and large walk-in closet. Additional bedrooms offer a queen and twin bed, 2 twin beds, and a bunk bed, and share a hall bathroom.

The outdoor living space includes a large pool and elevated spa, a cabana with a full bathroom, an icemaker, a gas grill, and a built-in sound system. There is also a sun deck across on the second floor that offers views of the marsh while overlooking the pool area. The garage area has a foosball and ping pong table.

The home boasts 6 large flat-screen televisions and is wired with a Sonos surround sound system.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The home also features an elevator that is available upon request. For safety, the elevator is kept locked for guests who do not require its service.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

Stays of 3 nights will be charged an additional fee for housekeeping.

This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance and with the Akers Ellis Guest License Agreement, all guests agree that the maximum number of vehicles allowed for overnight parking is 6, approved number of bedrooms is 5, and the maximum allowed occupancy is 12.

The Village Market is the nearest grocery store, which is located in Freshfields Village about two miles outside the island’s main gate. A small grocery, offering the most basic necessities, is also located within Town Center Market in Kiawah’s East Beach Village.
