The house has a privileged location 5 minutes from the airport, the commercial and recreational center of Asunción, downtown Luque and the route to San Bernardino. Nearby there are beautiful landscapes, a photography Airbnb experience is coming soon =)

El lugar cuenta con todas las comodidades, artículos de cocina y todo lo necesario para realizar un asado, incluso buen carbón, 3 baños (dos divididos por sexo) un pieza para depósito de pertenencias y amplio espacio para acampar si es necesario. También contamos con más mesas y sillas si desean organizar reuniones o actividades en el lugar sin costo extra. Si durante su estadía necesitarán algún artículo doméstico en especial pueden avisarnos antes de llegar.

The place has all the amenities, kitchen items and everything you need to make a barbecue, even good coal, 3 bathrooms (two divided by sex) a room for deposit of belongings and ample space to camp if necessary. We also have more tables and chairs if you wish to organize meetings or activities on site, with no extra cost. If during your stay you will need any special household tell us.

A 300 metros hay un supermercado con patio de comida, heladería y farmacia. La casa está ubicada en una calle muy tranquila pero bien conectada a los lugares mencionados. A 8 calles se encuentra el emblemático Parque Ñu Guasú y a similar distancia el Club Internacional de Tenis. Camino al aeropuerto se encuenta la Confederación Sudamérica de Fútbol (CONMEBOL)

There is a supermarket with food court, ice cream parlor and pharmacy at 300 meters. The house is located in a quiet street but well connected to the mentioned places. The emblematic Ñu Guasu Park is located 8 blocks away and at a similar distance the International Tennis Club. On the way to the airport is the CONMEBOL (South American Football Confederation)
