Number 14 is a stunning, luxurious holiday cottage that coyly hides its sheer decadance! You’ll fall in love with the wonderful shower and steam sauna cubicle, built for two. There’s a small and intimate courtyard with decking and a sofa for wining and dining during those long, summer evenings. Number 14’s style is crisp and modern, a wonderful contrast to its traditional, sash-windowed exterior. The modern, well equipped kitchen is a great place to rustle up some of your favourite dishes and with the breakfast bar stools your companion can still watch the TV and chat with you! . There’s a DVD, stereo and a library of discs for night’s in, with the fire and each other’s company to keep you warm. Yet even here you’ll be tempted to pop out and eat at the many wonderful restaurants in Conwy, or enjoy a drink on the town’s historic quayside then meander back for a nightcap. The town’s narrow cobbled streets just beg to be explored!
Once you’ve visited the castle and walked the town’s walls, you might head off to nearby Llandudno, recently voted the best seaside resort in the UK. The Great Orme is a spectacular limestone headland that boasts a wealth of attractions as well as stunning views along the North Wales coast and to Snowdonia’s mountains. A visit to the prehistoric copper mines is a must! Head down the Conwy Valley for more enchanting places to visit, including Bodnant Gardens and its lovely Welsh food centre. Adrenaline junkies might want to head to the amazing inland lagoon at Surf Snowdonia, or the high ropes course at Tree Top Adventure. Betws-y-Coed is a lovely village straddling a mountain river, nestled in a valley amidst forests that stretch for miles. It’s the starting point of many wonderful walking trails that follow rivers and explore hidden lakes.
