You will quickly fall in love with this vibrant and upgraded, modern condo in Cathedral City, right between El Paseo and downtown Palm Springs. This spacious, second-floor getaway is furnished with mid-century modern decor and adorned with bold, original artwork. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to full-course dinners in the well-equipped kitchen complete with select stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Dine together at the table for six, and then settle into the inviting and colorful living area complete with a large, smart flatscreen TV, or step outside onto the furnished balcony overlooking one of this complex' five heated pools. Guests can swim, soak in one of the shared hot tubs, play on the tennis courts, work up a sweat in the fitness room, or just take a stroll around the landscaped grounds.

Canyon Shores is located in Cathedral City, immediately adjacent to the Cathedral Canyon Country Club and Lawrence Welk's Oasis Resort. Experience spectacular views of the Coachella Valley from over 8,000 feet up the mountain via the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and enjoy restaurants, observation decks, and hiking trails, only 13 miles away. Swing your club at one of the many pristine golf courses in the area, or take the kids to the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens to observe and learn about a variety of desert plants and animals.
