Private Hideaway in Mornington.
Features include your own heated spa, solar heated pool, mod grass tennis court, day bed, outdoor dining suite.
The accomodation has a comfortable king size bed, large smart tv in both bedroom and living room an ensuite bath room.
The open plan living area has a fully functional kitchen including dishwasher and microwave. A dining suite
reverse cycle heating/cooling a
large lounge suite and separate sofa bed.
Every person who has ever stayed here has loved it.

Boligen
A very unique space. Private Use of a mod grass tennis court with lights. Private Hot tub that seats 6 people comfortably, with the temp set at 36.5 degrees 364 days of the year. Private Solar heated salt chlorinated swimming pool.
The accommodation is very comfortable and has a well appointed full sized kitchen including full air conditioning/ heating. The master bed room is large with an ensuite bathroom. A large flat screen tv with DVD player is directly opposite the king sized bed.

The lounge room has another massive flat screen TV, a 5 seater couch, a 4 seat dining table and chairs,and a separate bathroom.
A Karlstad fold out bed is also in the lounge room if more than 2 guests are staying.
The lounge looks out over a large paved area with another 8 seater dining table, next to the pool and tennis court.
You will notice the entire outdoor space is fully fenced and totally private.

Gæsteadgang
All the spaces listed are for you only. There is no shared space. Totally private and relaxing. You play tennis ( even at night), spa is always heated to 38 degrees, pool available to use from 1st of November until 30 th April.
