We are a permitted B and B on Maui’s North shore near the road to Hana but not close enough that you can hear traffic. The property is on three acres in an agricultural zone where we grow bananas and citrus. Room 3 has its own private lanai, an en-suite bathroom with built in slate shower, ac, satellite tv and a queen size bed. Permit number SUP 2015/0002, BBPH 2015/0009. Boligen
The property is on a flag lot with beautiful ocean views. All the properties in our area are on at least 2 acres. Built to take advantage of the Tradewinds the large lanai is a cool and quiet place to have coffee in the morning or to just hang out. We provide a self serve breakfast of bagels, eggs, yogurt, waffles, oatmeal, bananas, coffee and tea. The bathroom, in room 3, is an en-suite bathroom. It doesn’t have a door but has a wall separating it from the room with an opening at the end.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are private spaces. But the entrance, kitchen, living room and lanai are shared spaces.

We work hard to keep insects at bay but since we don’t spray pesticides in the house we do occasionally get bugs in the house. We also have geckos in the house, which we like, since they eat bugs.

Our place is one mile from the ocean. There are rocky cliffs with nice views. It’s a nice , but steep, walk to the bottom of the road to take in the view.
