This lovely new decoration house has 5bedrooms & 2.5 bathroom with HRV & air conditioner. It provides accommodation of maximum of 10 guests and is in central Pakuranga. Fully fenced yard , both front deck& back deck are good for BBQ. It is very popular among companies booking for work team because of enough bedrooms and parking space for their vans. The way to the airport is 19km and to the CBD is 15km away from the house. It is very easy and fast via motorway.

Great accessibility transportation in this area and close to Pakuranga Highway. Just 4 km, 5 mins drive to Slyvia Park shopping centre which is one of the largest shopping mall in New Zealand. Just 2 km away from private school Saint Kentigern College. Numerous beaches are also in close proximity(just take around 10 minutes by car).

The house is just 300 meters away from dairy, takeaways. Walking distance to Pakuranga Plaza shopping center, countdown, warehouse, Chinese supermarket Taiping, library and a medical Centre are nearby, Saturday Night market is a good place for enjoying all kinds of yummy food . There is a China town nearby at 3.1 Kilometer away. **Rotary Walk runs around the edge of the water. You can walk, jog or cycle on this path. Along the way, you can see extensive views up and down the Tamaki river, layers of ash, peat and ignimbrite, wetland areas, and features of historic and cultural significance. Bicycles are permitted but need to share the walkway with pedestrians.

**Lloyd Elsmore Park is perfect for people wanting to do exercise. In the park, there are swimming pool, leisure centre, netball courts, Bowls and croquet, rotary centennial bike trail, cricket club, badminton and rugby clubs, the depot and Howick Theatre, hockey stadium, Athletic and Harrier Club, Baseball club, BMX track, skate park, playgrounds and a lovely park like grounds.
