Welcome to our beautiful villa on a private 800 m2 peninsula. Surrounded by water and a 1000 little islands. Enjoy a glass of wine or a coffee on one of the 4 terraces overlooking the water. Rent a boat at nearby boat rental, we have a private boat dock.
Some features: 35 min from Amsterdam, 35 min to Zandvoort, 20 min from the beach, 60 min from Rotterdam. Lockable bicycle garage, private parking, fishing in the garden, swim in the lake nearby, trampoline, BBQ, wi-fi, Netflix.

We have a large living room with a fireplace. Spacious bed rooms, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a separate office on the ground floor, and a piano.

Guests will have full use of the entire villa.

We have 2 cute cats who stay in the house. The ladies spend most of their day sleeping or lounging in the garden. They will be very happy if you can feed them once a day.

Amsterdam and Schiphol airport are just half an hour away. Zandvoort 35 minutes. Rotterdam 1 hour. The beach is at 20 minutes. A lake for swimming and sailing is just a 5 minute walk. Within 10 minutes by car you will find Geestmerambacht and Park van Luna. Both recreational areas with lakes and beaches. Only a 15 minute drive away and you are in Alkmaar, a vibrant town with many restaurants, shops, the famous Cheese market etc.
