- Bars, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Live Music Venues, Dancing, Movies, Comedy - All are within a block or two. UNM and Nob Hill are an easy couple mile drive up Central from here. Old Town is almost walking distance. I-40 and I-25 are easy to access and both are just a short drive away. Walk to or From the Train Station - it's only 2 blocks away. The Sunport is a 10 Minute drive.

Note on Parking
Parking is available in the parking garage attached to the condo. This is a good place to park because the condo has a back gate with direct access to your car. The fee is $1 every 30 minutes with a max of $8/day. The only downside is the garage does not allow in/out privileges. However, the garage is quite secure, well lit, and patrolled pretty much 24 Hours a day by Security. Metered parking is also available on the street.
