Property Layout:
* The property consists of 4 Bedrooms
* 3 Bedrooms have attached / en-suite bathrooms, and 1 Bedroom has a bathroom which is shared with the living area
* A lavish living room with a dining area
* A fully equipped and modern open kitchen
* A balcony / patio

Amenities:
* Two bedrooms are fitted with a private LED TV's with satellite channels and streaming apps like Netflix and Hotstar
* Kitchen has most required utensils and appliances like microwave, oven, gas stove and chimney, double door refrigerator, mixer grinder, juicer, RO water purifier, dishwasher, toaster / griller, cutlery and crockery.
* The property is fully air conditioned (for summer months) and heated (for winters) through single plant smart air-conditioning system (VRF Central Air-conditioning system)
* High speed Wifi internet connectivity is provided (200 MBPS)
* All bathrooms have storage water heaters for hot water supply (25 Lts and above).
* The property has 100% power back up
* Property has elevator access (being located on a high floor in a multi storied building)
* Wheelchair & Wheelchair access is available
* Housekeeping is provided once daily at a fixed time. Timing for housekeeping is fixed and cannot be changed.
* Fresh cleaning linen is provided at every check in. Complementary linen change is provided after every 4 days.
* Standard toiletry items like Shampoo, Shower Gel, Handwash, Kitchen detergent, Toilet paper etc, are provided. Washing machine detergent, Cooking Oil, Spices / Masalas, etc are to be organized by guests themselves.

Extra's:
* Additional linen change (if required more frequently) is chargeable at INR 500 per room per time
* Electricity charges for all bookings longer than 14 days are chargeable as per actual consumption based on number of units consumed in the meter reading x INR 7.5 per unit.

COVID - 19 Care:
* Our property will be sanitized before every guest arrival
* Wearing masks in the common area is mandatory. This is to protect our staff, and other guests / residents of the building / complex.
* Sanitizers have been placed in all common areas. Guests should use sanitizers before touching any item in the common area like (elevator buttons, staircase railing etc).

Meals & Dining:
Home delivery of food can easily be ordered in by the guests staying at our condo from various delivery restaurants in the vicinity, ranging from cuisines like Asian, Indian, Italian, Continental, Fast Food, Korean, Japanese, etc. Home delivery of food can also be ordered using Swiggy and Zomato apps, which can bring in your favorite food to our place, within minutes.

Grocery & Medicine Delivery:
* Groceries & Medicines can be easily ordered in for doorstep delivery through various delivery apps.
* A supermarket, pharmacy and organic vegetables and fruit store is located outside the complex. They can also deliver groceries to the house.

Cab facilities like Uber, Ola, Meru and many other services can be called within 5 minutes at any time of the day or night.

*Pets are not allowed.

Car Parking:
* Guests are welcome to park their car in the visitors parking located in the designated area in the complex
* Only parking for 1 car can be provided
* For bookings longer than 7 days, we will need to email the building management with your car details like car registration number, and copy of car registration documents for permitting the visitor parking to be used for more than 7 days
* Guest cars are not allowed to park their cars in the basement (which are for residents only, and each car needs to be registered with the society for being permitted in the residents parking)
* There is no provision for car washing or cleaning of the car in the visitor parking as per society rules
* The car will be required to be parked only in the designated space. Any violation will attract penalty of Rs. 1000 per violation by the building management
