Classic 1919 Cabin in the Pines. Rustic luxury, authentic cabin. Tucked in nature, you are also just minutes from downtown Evergreen.

Views of Mt. Evans on the property. Birds at the windows, squirrels, foxes, hawks, deer & elk are quite common sights at the cabin. Shaded & cool, escape the city heat!

Enjoy a game of horseshoes or just relax in the hammock. Gas BBQ grill & full kitchen, the cabin is a campy summer home. Outhouse onsite & partial indoor H&C plumbing in kitchen & shower.

Boligen
The cabin was originally built in 1919 and has been renovated and restored over the last few summers and is truly a classic. We have tried to maintain the original structure and feel while incorporating some thoughtful modern upgrades and creature comforts. We call it "Rustic Luxury!"

The cabin features a horseshoe pit, hammocks and a few level sitting areas in the surrounding forest to enjoy nature. Most summer nights are perfect for sleeping, but it can be cool occasionally. We have an electric blanket on the bed and plenty of extra blankets and space heaters if it gets really cold!

There is electricity and limited running water for dishes and short showers. Please conserve water from our spring fed well. We also provide drinking water in 5 gallon water dispenser. You will have plenty of purified drinking water. The cabin also features a gas BBQ grill and a well stocked kitchen along with a small fridge and ice maker. We have plenty of basic condiments and seasonings-if you use all of something please replace it.

The bathroom is the outhouse, well lit, clean and maintained.

Walking distance to downtown Evergreen and the lake *1.5 miles, the cabin is also convenient to restaurants, bars and shopping. The cabin is also a 20 minute drive to and from Red Rocks and convenient to Denver.

You will feel like you are away from it all but it's also close very to Evergreen and convenient to and from Red Rocks.

Tucked in the mountains among the aspen and pines above downtown Evergreen, the cabin feels far away. It is actually located in a nearby secluded neighborhood with access to public roads at the end of the driveway. Quiet neighborhood and about a 1.5 mile walk to main street.

We live in Tulum most of the year, spending part of the summer at the Colorado cabin. Two beautiful versions of paradise.
