On this farm we have some 12 rooms for guests as well as a hall for conferences and weddings. Horses and geese are all around as well as a dog or 2, cats and chicken.... a real farm life exprerience.

4 of the rooms have own kitchenettes and en suite bathrooms. . the other rooms have bathrooms to share or kitchens to share. All rooms have kitchen goods. somre rooms are spacious, some are small as some rooms were stables, renovated into rooms.
we have 4 wooden rooms with thin wooden walls for budget stays. we can alter the hall into a dorm to let 10 children sleep... outside bathrooms and toilets available.

Perdehoek Sleepover offers basic, down-to-earth accommodation options on an exciting horse farm, approximately 17 km outside of Lichtenburg in the North West province. It can be reached by tar road, with only the last 2.4 km being a gravel road which is accessible by all vehicle types.

Accommodation comprises a variety of units that caters to guests looking for farm-style accommodation, away from the buzz of the city. Some of the units can be used for weddings or parties. Most units have their own bathrooms, while some make use of shared ablution facilities. There are also budget accommodation options for those wishing to save a few bucks. Most of these have their own toilet in the chalet, with shared ablution and kitchen facilities outside. Linen and towels are provided for all units.

Also available on the farm is a function hall that may be used as a wedding venue or for other functions and events. Breakfast is available at an additional charge and can be served to bigger groups in this hall. The hall can also be utilised as a sleeping area for up to 10 children visiting the area.

After a fun-filled day of horse riding in the lush fields of the farm or out in town, sundowners can be enjoyed at the braai area. A small splash pool in the main garden may be used by all occupants. Safe parking is provided and there is ample space for trailers.

We like to meet our guests or make them comfortable but we love to leave them in privacy to enjoy the farm. We are very nearby to contact if they exprerience problems. sometimes we will be away for a week, then our workers will be there in the mornings to sort any issues.
