Presented to a very high standard with hotel style luxuries and home style comforts, here’s a property that’s ready to welcome friends, colleagues and family. And there’s free parking. Boligen
Located on the top floor of the modern Rana building in Marston, to the north east of central Oxford, this 1-bedroom apartment (The Radcliffe Apartment) combines the smart with the homely, all beneath a striking, slanted ceiling.
The lounge/dining area has a Velux balcony window which will afford you great views over the local area. It’s south-east facing so gets plenty of light as you can see from the photos. There’s a sofa bed in here, plus a couple of tables and a flatscreen TV, so whether you fancy a takeaway in front of the TV, a more formal dinner for two, or you need to get the laptop out and work done, you can do it all in here.
Just off this area is this 1 bed Oxford apartment’s kitchen, and there’s no shortage of appliances in here. There’s a kettle, toaster, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer as well as tea and coffee making facilities. All cutlery and utensils including saucepans, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses are provided should you wish to prepare any food here. Treat is as your own, stock up the cupboards and fridge/freezer with your favourite food and enjoy as and when.
And when it’s time for sleep, the bedroom offers up a relaxing space with a comfy mattress. Have a double bed in here if you’re travelling as a couple or two singles if you’re staying with colleagues, it’s up to you. Just let us know which set-up suits you best. Bath time promises relaxing luxury, in a bright white suite featuring a tub with shower over, wash basin and WC.

Welcome to lush and leafy Marston, situated to the north east of Oxford. If you’ve not been before, you’ll find this an attractive part of the world, that makes accessing Oxford city centre and other areas of East Oxford, including the thriving Cowley Road, really easy.

If you’ve not yet had a chance to look up some things to do while you’re staying here, we’ve compiled a brief list of some of the most popular attractions in the area:

The University of Oxford Botanic Garden – three areas to explore with different types of gardens to enjoy, including a Rock Garden, Water Garden and Walled Garden

River Boating
With the River Cherwell wending its way through Oxford, there’s always going to be an opportunity for a boat ride. Either book a seat on a cruise or row yourself.

Museums
Such a legendary seat of learning like Oxford is bound to have its fair share of quality museums. The Museum of the History of Science is one, so too the Old Ashmolean.

The Colleges
There are 38 in all, each with its own distinctive architecture. You’d do well to see them all in one visit, unless you’re staying for quite a while!

City Tours
There’s a Harry Potter walking tour and a bike tour, among others.

Christ Church Meadow
An ideal space in which to enjoy a picnic, a quick stroll or leisurely walk, even some punting on the river.
