Our Beautiful residence is a traditional Queenslander timber home with 12-foot ceilings, polished wooden floors, beautiful french doors leading out to the front verandah and plenty of original character. If you're looking for a home away from home in one of Brisbane's most sought after locations, then this is it.

Bedroom two has a King Size bed which can be made into two long singles. Bedside tables, lamps, blockout curtains, reverse cycle air and a Small private ensuite bathroom and walk in robe.
Bedroom three has a King Size bed, bed side tables, lamps, designer rug, wardrobe, blockout curtains, reverse cycle air conditioning and a stunning fireplace ( not in use just display )
A very cosy and chic lounge with designer furniture, 55-inch flat screen Smart TV with Netflix and Stan, bookcase, board games, record player, air conditioning and a gorgeous rug.
The main bathroom is bright and light with walk in rain shower and plenty of storage space.
Compact laundry with full facilities including full sized 8kg front load washer and dryer
Brand new fully equipped Hamptons style Kitchen features smeg appliances ,built in dishwasher and fridge , oven, gas cooktop, microwave and Nespresso machine, ceasar stone bench tops and island bench with three stools .
Adjoining dining space with beautiful timber dining table and console with white plantation shutters
Rear French doors open from the kitchen to the back deck which has a round dining table which can seat up to 8 people as well as brand new ezip roller blinds for extra privacy
We can host a maximum of 6 adults and cots for up to two infants if needed
ONLY the registered guests allowed to stay at the property and STRICTLY NO PARTIES

Our home is a traditional timber Queenslander which is over 130 years old - homes like this obviously are not a new build but have plenty of character including the odd squeaky floorboard :)
We have a single car covered garage which would suit a medium sized car. There's 2-hour parking outside or unlimited parking on the opposite side of the road. Parking on the street is also unlimited after 6 pm and all weekend.
Please, NO parking in the driveway at any time as it's a shared space with our neighbours and you will block them in thank you.
NO PARTIES! Sorry but we have a very strict policy on this to respect our neighbours and protect our home - we will immediately ask you to leave if found hosting a party :)
