This place is great for location! Can’t beat it, all the subway vertically 5 mins or less. Nice little penthouse with a great view and very breezy in the afternoon to remove the heat build up from the house. It’s alittle tight but it is address in the ad. WiFi was fast too.

Ingrid’s place is very very small but in a good location. If you are tall or get claustrophobic easily I wouldn’t recommend this place. With the sofa bed pulled out there is essentially no space to stand and the ceilings are low and slanted. The bathroom is also small and there…
