Basement: two bedrooms, queen sized beds and down comforters. Bathroom with a walk-in shower, and two shower heads. Living areas with two couches.

Price includes double occupancy. $20 per person after the first two guests. Indicate how many guests will be staying.

Smart television is connected to internet (no cable). Wifi access. Washer and dryer. Entrance to basement off driveway. Off street parking, but not covered. Mini fridge and microwave. Air conditioning.

Boligen
Close to Snowbasin ski resort and the Ogden Valley.
Come off the slopes and warm up in front of the gas fireplace. Ride or hike nearby as the trailhead begins at the top of the street.
Basement can accommodate extra guests willing to sleep on couches.

This is a warm, comfortable basement that cools off in the summer. Windows provide nice light and the ceilings are tall. Recently remodeled.

Beds have down comforters and extra blankets, sheets, and pillows available.

Do not touch the gas fireplace. The pilot light is always on, and that is normal.
I have had guests turn off the pilot light, move the logs and break the blower.
Leave it alone, please. Temperature control is on the wall.
(I will charge you $198 for a service call from the gas repairman if you fiddle with the fireplace.)
