Beautiful, fully furnished 5 Bedroom home in family friendly neighborhood in Chanhassen. Five bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, home just 5 miles away from Hazeltine Golf Course. Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, shopping mall, coffee shops and other shopping options (Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens). Located on a quiet Cul-de-sac with a fenced in backyard and large deck for relaxing evenings after a long day at the Ryder Cup.
Boligen
The main floor has an open concept with a spacious kitchen and family room area. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, large center island with seating for 4, and dining table for 6+. Family room includes Direct TV, DVR, DVD, Stereo and Wi-Fi. The main floor contains 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom includes adjustable queen bed and separate bath. 2nd bedroom includes a queen bed and 3rd bedroom includes a twin bed.
The lower level is a Green Bay Packer themed man cave with a large family room area. Includes large-screen TV, Direct TV, DVR, DVD, and stereo. The lower level has 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. 4th bedroom is large with queen bed. 5th bedroom is currently a toy room, but has a set of single bunk beds. Laundry room is located on this level with front-load washer/dryer available for use. Elliptical machine also available for use.
Large outdoor deck with a table and chairs for relaxing, eating, and grilling (gas). Back yard is flat and spacious, perfect for yard games and relaxing. A stone fire pit is available for use.
The house has an attached 3-car garage and 2 stalls will be available if needed. Additional parking in driveway is available.
