Warm, cozy and modern guest house. The high ceiling makes it feel light and airy.

Boligen
Charming, just under, 300sq ft fully equipped studio ensuite guesthouse with teak floors and kitchenette. Located minutes walking distance from downtown shops, restaurants, beaches!
We have a full home water filtration system, so you get filtered water from all the taps, including the shower!
Kitchenette - equipped with cooktop, microwave/convection oven, Keurig coffee and full size fridge.
Full rain shower Bathroom.
Ceiling Fan and air-conditioner.
Private fenced yard with a patio table, umbrella and chairs, fire pit (bring your own wood) and a bbq (June -October).
Ideal for 2 adults however, can also accommodate 1 child.
Queen size bed and a chair and 1/2 sofa bed.
Flat screen TV with Wifi, Netflix and a DVD player with plenty of free movie options.
Dog friendly!

**Please keep in mind that this is a new addition and there is no siding on this part of the house yet however it does not affect your ability to enjoy the space.

Recently built this and as I am waiting to side the whole hous, there is no siding on this portion of the house.
Please keep this in mind when booking.

Pets: Dogs only please. The yard is fully fenced and contained so you can feel secure leaving your pet in the yard if you're going out for a bit. Otherwise if your pet is going to remain indoors it must be kenneled.
