Consider us a bit of a hybrid oasis. A touch of the East meets the West. Our space is shared with our very sweet American cat and our home has Asian sensibilities. There is a history of combining cultures in Malaysia, and our house reflects that.
As one of us is an artist, there is also a wide range of art inside. My husband loves color, so the interior is fun and there are elements that are modern fused with the rich cultures of South East Asia.
Some of the touches in our condo are distinctively Baba-Nyonya which is a hybrid culture between the Malay and Chinese customs that has mixed very beautifully.
Our location gives easy access to anywhere in KL without any need of taking any highways, and yet our neighborhood is peaceful and full of dining options within a very casual stroll or even downstairs should you crave a midnight snack.
Call a Grab, the dominant ride-hailing app here in Malaysia, and you can be most anywhere downtown within an easy 10-15 mins outside of peak flow. A short bus ride to the monorail system means you can also explore and this vibrant city via the ever-growing and expanding public transportation system.
