Boligen
The Marsh House has been my home for 40 years. I designed and planted the garden, upgraded the vintage cedar structure, and live downstairs with my pets.

I rent to only one person or group at a time to assure complete privacy for guests. It entails the base rate for two people in one bed. However, there is an additional $35 charge if an extra bed for two people is required. There is a $35 charge for the 3rd, 4th, and 5th person.

-------------

NOTE: During this time of the Coronavirus, I am taking extra precautions by

1. Disinfecting surfaces, knobs, and railings with Clorox. In my commercial washer and dryer, I wash towels and sheets on hot. Blankets, bed pads, and pillows, too.

(Before check out, guests load the washer with towels and what sheets will fit, and get them washing. Guests open widows and turn on fans. Guests wash dishes with hot water and soap.)

2. Thoroughly airing the apartment with open windows and fans between bookings.

3. No close contact upon checkin and out. You sign in at the front door, where you pick up the key to let yourself in to the private foyer. We communicate by Airbnb messaging.

4. If you want a breakfast basket, all food is packaged in original packaging from the grocery.

5. The breakfast basket is delivered once — enough for the reserved days — and contains fruit.
