Close to public transport, the beach and numerous elite golf courses. I live at the unit as well and have a small Cavoodle. The unit is a 3 bedroom and only 1 bedroom available for Airbnb. The living and kitchen area would be shared.

Sandringham is a fantastic neighborhood, quiet and family orientated. There are lots of great cafes and restaurants within walking distance to either Sandringham or Black Rock. The Beach is on your doorstep and we are surrounded by golf courses. Public transport is easily accessible, train from Sandringham Station to the City in 30 mins, alternatively there are buses on Fernhill Road to Southland Shopping Centre
