We'll assemble in West Falmouth, at the Village Café, to begin the morning over a small cup of coffee or tea, after which I shall transport us using my car, which has the appropriate beach sticker to access our next destination - Chapoquoit beach a.k.a., Chappy. We'll begin with coffee/tea. Yoga is best practiced without a full stomach, so I'll be providing a late breakfast afterwards. However, if you know you need to maintain blood sugar levels, or nutrition requirements, take care of yourself by eating a light breakfast, or bring a small snack for later.

Clothes to be comfortable in, this may include, depending on the weather: sunhat or beanie, light jacket or sweater, a shirt you're willing to be active in, yoga pants or other garment for the legs which allow mobility e.g. stretchy pants or sports shorts
bring a water bottle for hydration.
Bring a small snack if you know you'll need one.

The Village Café is a quaint little spot which serves breakfast and lunch, where to start off we'll get a little something to drink, and later a breakfast smoothie. Chapoquoit Beach is one of the beaches central to my youth, sheltered within Buzzard's Bay, it is sandy and beautiful. Black Beach is one of the Cape's more hidden locals, just windward of Great Sippewissett Marsh, the mouth of which shifts the sand, forming magnificent sand bars.
