Det skal I lave

It’s a combination activity of Wagashi (Japanese confectionary) Making and Chado (Tea ceremony) experience. You'll make "Suisen (Narcissu) from mid-January to February "Sakura(Cherry Blossom)" from March to mid-April . *I have a same kind of activity “Rice flour Manju Making & Matcha”, too https://abnb.me/EVmg/N4oVWcy67I Let's make Japanese sweets in my kitchen. I first show you the instruction video and you will try coloring Nerikiri or Konashi (very sensitive but interesting ingredients which is transformative and colorful), putting them in a shape of the season. You will make 2 Wagashi. When we are done, let's go to Chashitsu (tea room). There I prepare a cup of Matcha for you one by one with traditional utensils of “Chado – Tea ceremony”. You can relax and have a Matcha(tea) & your sweets together. Through this experience I would like you to feel Japanese sweets are very close to you, as you can make it with everyday cook utensils.
