I will pick you up at 9:00 am at your preferred location in Malmö. With a comfortable and spacious Ford Mondeo SW or a minivan, we will drive for about 1,5 hr through the landscapes of Skåne County, with the possibility to spot (and stop to take pictures) of numerous wild animals, such as roe deer, fallow deer, buzzards, red kites and many others. We will arrive at destination at 10: 30/10:45 (bathrooms available). A short 5-minute walk will take us to the designated place where, from a sighting tower, we will be able to admire the grey cranes, sometimes in flocks up to 10,000 units: a real show! The birds can be admired from a distance of about 50-100 meters, so really close and easy to photograph! Here I will give detailed information on this species and their migratory flows and I will also make available my equipment and my advices on how to improve your photographic skills. I will be also happy to take some souvenir photos of you, which I will provide to you later. At the same time we will also have the opportunity to enjoy a coffee and a classic Swedish "fika" (breakfast). After about 1,5 - 2 hours, depending on the weather, we will be ready to drive back to Malmö still discovering new landscapes and other wildlife along the way. Warning!
