We meet at Place Léopold Wiener in the very South of Brussels and we'll do a 15 minute walk into the pitoresk artist neighbourhood "Coin du Balai" to get into the forest. I will guide you for a 2h walk, making different breaks to see, listen and feel nature. I will propose different yoga, breathing and mindfulness meditation exercices all along the walk. At the end of the walk we will drink some herbal tea together to discuss our experience and I will bring you back to Place Wiener where you can have a drink or take a bus or tram to go back into the city. In case you would like me to organise this activity on a day that wasn't planned in my calender you can always contact me and I will be happy to add a date in case I'm available.
I'm passionate by yoga and meditation since many years. I've developed my interest first of all for personal reasons, being on a spiritual path, traveling through India to meet the core of the practice. Today, I love transmitting my passion for yoga, mindfulness, sound and nature. I'm a qualified psychologist, yoga and mindfulness trainer and I do individual coaching for stress management.

After picking you up at the Place Lépold Wiener, you will discover the pitoresque neighbourhood "Le coin du Balai - the broom corner". This neighbourhood full of colorful houses is surrounded by the forest and hosts many artists. It's a nice break from Brussels' hustle and bustle. Then we'll enter into the Forêt de Soignes, a 4,421-hectare (10,920-acre) forest at the southeast edge of Brussels. We call this forest the "green lungs" of Brussels.

We'll do an easy walk, but still it would be good you wear comfortable clothes shoes. In Belgium there's always a risk of rain, but we still maintain the activity as walking in the forest by rain can be a very nice experience. Just be prepared with a rain jacket.
