Det skal I lave

The class starts with a short introduction to yoga class. Begin with Pranayama (breathing) practice, where allows us to be completely in the present moment, watching our breath and how it will soothe our mind and energize our body.
Followed by a warm-up to loosen up the joints and energy blockage in the body, so our body can get ready for physical practice. Next, we enter the active physical practice, which is, sequences of yoga posture (asana). The class will be based on guest needs (restrictions or limitations of guests if any). So, it will be accessible for someone who is new to yoga (because it's gonna be safe) or regular yoga practitioners (I can make the class safe yet challenging as well). Last but (absolutely) not least, the cooling down part and Savasana, this part will help our body to absorb all the information from the practice, while letting our body rest for a few minutes and listen to calm and relaxing music.
The beauty of a small group or private session is a one-on-one approach, where adjustment can be done more often.

I have deepened my yoga knowledge in Bali and completed my 200hr RYT Teacher Training in 2017 under the teaching of Denise Payne and keep practicing and studying under other some respected teachers until now. I see yoga is not just about poses but as a life practice, I believe what happened on the mat reflects what happen off the mat (daily life). I practice and certified to teach Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa, Power, Fly High, and Thai Yoga Massage. My background in psychology and education also let me share my yoga practice with kids.

The class will be held privately at your place if you are around Canggu, Umalas, Kerobokan, and Seminyak (make sure there is a safe and comfortable area to practice yoga) with minimum 2 participants

Brigitta’s yoga lesson was an amazing practice for my wife and I! I am a total beginner and my wife is well experienced. However, Brigitta tailored the experience perfectly so both of us were challenged and reset. To top it off, Brigitta met us at our villa for a private class, bringing mats, music, and positive energy with her. I highly recommend this experience!

One of our very favorite experiences. We ended up doing the yoga on the beach at sunset and it was pure magic. Brigita was so flexible with our plan and was a wonderful yoga guide. She has a magic touch as she adjusted our poses and it was so rejuvenating. We wish we could do this every night. Five stars.

Brigitta came to my villa and we did a one by one yoga session. She really cared about me and helped me with all the yoga poses. She guided me trough the sequences and I felt really comfortable by her side. It was such a great start in the day and I would recommend it to everyone who loves doing yoga!
