Your personalized walking brewery tour will begin at one of San Diego's premiere brewery tasting rooms where you can choose from a nice selection of crisp, clean, well-balanced beers or let me pick out a flight for you from the best the brewery has to offer. The next stop is at a genuine neighborhood "nano" brewery where each brew is made one barrel at a time in a very cozy environment. From there, a stop at a tasting room that has become a local favorite, offering an interesting selection of nitrogen carbonated brews, seasonal specialties and stouts. The last stop on the tour will be at one of the groundbreaking San Diego breweries that really define "craft" beer with some unique new and old world styles. You will have the opportunity to taste a wide variety of beers and see the brewing process up close while getting an in depth lesson about the many different styles of beer and how they are made. You can choose to taste the beers that have been personally selected to highlight each part of the brewing process, or you can customize your own flights based on your preferences.
