Together, we'll explore what foods our brains need while we make: * Zesty and Rich Lemon Basil Avocado Salmon * Light, Simple Cauliflower Rice * Sunny Blueberry Walnut Citrus Arugula Salad * 2 flavors of Melt-in-your-mouth Brain Bombs: Coffee & Strawberry Cheesecake After you make your meal, you'll sit down to an elegant candle-lit dinner. Be prepared to learn a lot, and be inspired to cook more nourishing foods at home! NOTE: We also offer an Ayurvedic (traditional Indian) cooking class + dinner called "Cooking with a health coach: Indian." If you would prefer that class on this date, let us know and we may be able to rearrange the schedule, if no one else has booked this date yet!
